Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to process return requests.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Perishable goods (pet food, treats, supplements)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@luxaraofficial.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5â10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is non-refundable.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, LUXARA will cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement at no charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund â no return required for items under $30.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank â there is often a processing delay
- If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@luxaraofficial.com
