isn't right, we've got you covered.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
You have 30 days from the date you received your item 
to request a return or refund.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE?
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Items that are significantly different from the 
  description
- Items that never arrived

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE?
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Change of mind returns (we encourage you to read 
  product descriptions carefully before purchasing)

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Email us at support@luxaraofficial.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A photo of the item
3. A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Approved refunds are issued back to your original 
payment method within 5–10 business days.

DO I NEED TO SHIP ANYTHING BACK?
For damaged or defective items — NO. We will issue 
a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
You keep the item.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?
If you received the wrong item we will send the 
correct one immediately at zero cost to you.
