Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Every order ships free — no minimums, no exceptions.

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days. Items shipped from our US warehouse arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders take 10–25 business days depending on your location. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once the item ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive the email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to over 25 countries including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most of Europe. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. Contact us at hello@luxaraofficial.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging for a full refund. See our full Returns and Refund Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required for items under $30.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Products

Are your products safe for pets?

Yes. Every product in our catalog is selected with pet safety in mind. We use non-toxic materials and avoid products with known safety risks. If you have specific concerns about a product, contact us and we will provide detailed material information.

Do you sell food or supplements?

We primarily sell pet accessories, toys, beds, grooming tools, and habitat equipment. We do not currently sell pet food or dietary supplements.
